Leadership

North Campus Principal, Mrs. Lisa Stewart

It is an honor to introduce myself as the new principal of Chapel Hill Christian School’s North Campus, and to join this extraordinary school community. I can assure you that I share in this school’s commitment to caring for your children and modeling the love of Christ in my words and actions.

I come to Chapel Hill Christian School with a vast array of experiences, which include being an elementary teacher for over 12 years, leading the children’s church ministry at my church for children ranging in age from 4 to 12, and being very active in starting several youth ministries.

In addition to my role as an educator, I am blessed to be a mother of two adult daughters attending college, and married to my husband for 25 years.

I am thrilled to be living out my favorite life verse, which is:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge HIM, and HE shall direct your paths” Proverbs 3:5-6.

At a young age, I came to accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior while attending Sunday School.

What a privilege it is to be a part of encouraging over 200 young people to build a love for Christ, and learn more about having their own personal relationship with Him, and then launching them out to be a light for the Lord in and outside of Chapel Hill. I look forward to working alongside you as we develop a strong partnership between our school, your family, and your church. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if I can be of assistance to you, and I will do the same when I need your assistance and support. Working together and being led by the Holy Spirit will allow us to nurture each student on their own path to success. Our words have power, so it’s critical that we are mindful to honor what the Lord has entrusted us with, which is your children. I believe children live up or down to our expectations, so join me in praying with your child and speaking life into them.

The Word of God says in Psalms 139:14,

“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
