Linda Smucker
1st Grade Teacher
South
I am so blessed to be a part of the CHCS Family! I worked at the South Campus right out of College from 2009-2013, and then I took a five-year leave to be at home with my family. I served at the North Campus for the last two years.  I am excited to back at the South Campus!   I graduated from Malone University in 2009 with a degree in both Early Childhood Education and Intervention Specialist. I recently obtained my Reading Endorsement. I have two beautiful children, and we love to go hiking and playing outside as a family. First Grade is a very special year where we continue to develop our skills and become more independent! Some very fun projects that we will do this year include an animal research project that we present to the Kindergartners. We also write and publish our very own class book! We do special days like 120th day and Dr. Seuss Day! I am thrilled to be a part of our God-centered journey this year!
