Each year, proceeds from our golf outing provide tuition assistance for families that wouldn’t otherwise be able to experience the Chapel Hill Christian School difference.

Together, we can continue the work of transforming lives through Christian education.

Sponsorship Opportunities For companies or individuals that would like to support the school in an extraordinary way, we have the following sponsorship opportunities. Your support in one of these areas will benefit the CHCS Financial Aid Fund. Each major sponsor receives one complimentary foursome, one free hole sponsor sign, recognition in the printed program and a commemorative gift.
Event Sponsor ($7,500) Also includes Sponsor’s name or logo on every hole flag, 4 guests for dinner, and title sponsor recognition in the printed program and on all communication of the event.
Golf Sponsor ($5,000) Also includes 4 guests for dinner, and special recognition in the printed program.
Dinner Sponsor ($4,000) Also includes 4 guests for dinner, and special recognition on every table at awards dinner.
Lunch Sponsor ($3,000) Also includes special recognition on every lunch table.
Cart Sponsor ($3,000) Also includes recognition on every golf cart.
Prize Sponsor ($3,000) Also can include company logo on the player gift.
Hole-In-One Sponsor ($2,500) Also includes recognition at the four Hole-In-One contest holes.
Beverage Sponsor ($2,000) Also includes recognition at every on-course beverage location.
Principal Sponsor ($1,750) A great way to support CHCS.
Hole Sponsor ($250) Includes business name and logo on signage at the Tee box of one hole. Does not include foursome or gift.


Registration Each golfer receives green fees, cart, lunch, award ceremony with heavy hors d’oeuvres, prizes, on-course beverages and snacks, use of locker room and driving range.

COVID-19 Cases:

9/9/20 - One confirmed case of COVID-19. Individual recovered and returned symptom free after quarantine according to CDC guidelines. Contact traced to 2 people and both came back negative.

10/14/20 - One confirmed case of COVID-19.
(Symptoms on 10/14). Individual recovered and returned symptom free after quarantine according to CDC guidelines. Contract traced to 0 people.

11/12/20 - One Confirmed case of COVID-19.
Individual was quarantined at the time of the positive test due to being a contact trace from an individual outside of the school. Contact traced to 0 people.

11/13/20 - One confirmed case of COVID-19.
(Symptoms on 11/14). Individual was already in quarantine due to being a contact trace from an individual outside of the school. Contact traced to zero people.

11/27/20 - One confirmed case of COVID-19. 
Individual was at home due to the Thanksgiving Break and is now in quarantine according to CDC Guidelines.  Contract tracing is in process with Summit County Public Health; seven individuals are following quarantine according to CDC Guidelines while tracing proceeds.
