Hello, my name is Ingid Monteith and I have been the School Counselor at Chapel Hill Christian School (North Campus) since 2004. I am here at the school on Wednesdays and Fridays. I have a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio. I am married to Scott and we have two children.

With the many stresses and demands of today's society, children often need some extra encouragement. It is helpful for them to have someone at school with whom they can talk to and confide in. My office, in the modular unit, provides a warm, safe, and fun atmosphere where children can receive guidance, help, support, and a listening ear. I love caring about the precious children here at Chapel Hill!

As the School Counselor, I also provide group experiences for the 5th and 6th grade girls. The 6th grade girls meet for monthly "Girl Talks" to discuss topics that prepare them for adolescence. "Lunch Bunch" is a monthly meeting for 5th grade girls focusing on friendships.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your children, please don't hesitate to contact me or stop by on a Wednesday or Friday. I always look forward to working together with parents on behalf of their children.
