Financial Assistance is available to help families in grades K – 6 meet the costs of tuition after the student has been accepted. Scholarship recipients are not eligible to additional financial assistance.
Chapel Hill Christian School System Office has chosen to use FACTS Management to process your financial aid application. FACTS Management will provide standardized and impartial processing in a confidential setting.
Before you begin
We hope that you will find this application easy to complete through Parents Web. There are a number of financial records you will need, including your federal income tax return, W-2 forms, and supporting documentation for non-taxable income. For answers to frequently asked questions please click here. If you have additional questions please call FACTS Management at #1-866-441-4637. Once you have gathered your financial information, it takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete the application online. Gathering your financial information is similar to collecting information to file your taxes and takes about the same length of time. You do not have to complete the entire application at one time. Your user name and password will allow you to access your data until you have completed the payment section.
There is a $30 US non-refundable application fee, payable by credit or debit card.
Chapel Hill Christian School uses the FACTS Tuition Management Program to handle our payment plans. If you pay your tuition through FACTS Tuition Management, you can check on the status of your account, the schedule of payments still to be made, a listing of those payments already made, and a complete listing of all activity through your RenWeb account.

Refer a Friend
Many of our current students have come to our school based on the referral of a friend or relative. Satisfied parents have always been our best form of advertising. We believe it is so valuable that we want to give you an incentive to spread the word about Chapel Hill. For every newly enrolled family that you refer, you will receive a $250 credit to your tuition. Referral incentives will be credited once the student has been enrolled for nine weeks. There is no limit to the number of referral credits that you can receive.
Combined with the very minimal tuition increase and programs like T.R.I.P., the opportunity to reduce the impact of tuition expense has never been greater. T.R.I.P. – Tuition Reduction Incentive Program
CHCS is pleased to partner with TRIP Consultants North LLC to offer the online ordering program to it’s families and friends. It’s a very simple process. Each week go online, sign-up or sign-in and order gift cards. CHCS buys gift cards to hundreds of retailers at a discount and passes that discount on to you in the form of a tuition credit.
TRIP school year schedule: Place your order online each week by Monday at 7:00 a.m.. Filled orders will be available on Thursday afternoon each week. The new online program runs year round except for Christmas and Easter break. Simply go to http://tripnorthllc.com/ to set up your online account.
Follow these simple steps and start saving!
1. One time sign up and TRIP Account set up Click Here.
2. Login and begin shopping.
3. When finished shopping, click on the shopping cart and check out using your checking account information on our secure website.
4. Orders are due each week by 7:00 a.m. on Monday and will be available for pick-up or sent home with your student Thursday afternoon on the same week.
5. You will receive 75% of the total rebate with 25% of the rebate going to the overhead of the program.
6. Ask family and friends to use TRIP gift cards to do their shopping. They will sign-up using their email and password and link to your students TRIP Account (assigned to you when you set up your TRIP account). All their credits earned will be directed to your student and paid out with your credits.
Q: TRIP participation seems like a lot of work. Is it really worth it?
A: Most definitely! Over the years families have applied over 2 million dollars (and counting) to school tuition, school fees and for non-profit fundraising!
Q: What do I do if I am having trouble with a card?
A: First, call the number on the back of the card to determine balance. If there is no balance speak to the operator and ask for card history information. Usually you will answer all of your questions with this information. If the operator tells you the card has never been activated contact TRIP Consultants North LLC.
Q: What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
A: We highly recommend that you make a copy of the card to determine the balance. If there is no balance, speak to the operator and ask for the card history. Q: Do my cards/certificates expire?
A: In most cases, they do not expire. If you have a question about a particular card’s expiration read the back of the card. If you find that a card is close to expiration or has expired, contact the number on the back of the card.
Q: Why does my credit information on my label go down sometimes?
A: Once a pay out of credits has been made the “buckets” get zeroed out and you begin saving again toward the next pay out. CHCS payouts will occur in November and April.
Q: Can I participate and transfer credits to another participating school?
A: Yes, CHCS will transfer credits.
Q: Can my non-profit team, church, or organization benefit from TRIP?

Q: Why can’t I use a credit card to purchase gift cards?
A: The transaction fees charged by credit card companies would decrees or eliminate many of the rebates making the program less beneficial to you.
Q: How do E*Certificates work?
A: You may order E*Certificates any business day and expect to receive them by email two business days later. It takes two business days to process payments. If you order E*Certificates with plastic cards that order will process on Monday and be available on Wednesday by email.. Monday orders are received Wednesday, Tuesday received Thursday, Wednesday received Friday, Thursday received Monday and Friday orders received Tuesday. Weekend E*Certificate orders are considered Monday orders. (Remember holidays do not count as a business day and the order will start processing the next business day). If you do not need the certificate and can wait for the plastic card you will generally save more. E*Certificates will be sent to the email that you signed up for TRIP from: [email protected]
