Chapel Hill Christian School System Office has chosen to use FAST – Financial Aid for School Tuition – by Independent School Management (ISM) to process your financial aid application. Before you begin
We hope that you will find this application easy to complete online. There are a number of financial records you will need. If your school did not provide a list of the necessary financial records, please click here for a downloadable pdf. Once you have gathered your financial information, it takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete the application online. Gathering your financial information is similar to collecting information to file your taxes and takes about the same length of time. You do not have to complete the entire application at one time. Your user name and password will allow you to access your data until you have completed the payment section.
There is a $38 US non-refundable application fee, payable by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.) If you are unable to pay the application fee, please contact the school to which you are applying. If you do not have a credit card, you may purchase a voucher from your school that will allow you to complete the application.

Chapel Hill Christian School uses the FACTS Tuition Management Program to handle our payment plans. If you pay your tuition through FACTS Tuition Management, you can check on the status of your account, the schedule of payments still to be made, a listing of those payments already made, and a complete listing of all activity through My FACTS Account.

Refer a Friend
Many of our current students have come to our school based on the referral of a friend or relative. Satisfied parents have always been our best form of advertising. We believe it is so valuable that we want to give you an incentive to spread the word about Chapel Hill. For every newly enrolled family that you refer, you will receive a $250 credit to your tuition. Referral incentives will be credited once the student has been enrolled for nine weeks. There is no limit to the number of referral credits that you can receive.
Combined with the very minimal tuition increase and programs like T.R.I.P., the opportunity to reduce the impact of tuition expense has never been greater. T.R.I.P. – Tuition Reduction Incentive Program
CHCS is pleased to offer the T.R.I.P. online ordering program to its families and friends. It’s a very simple process. CHCS buys gift cards to hundreds of retailers at a discount and passes that discount on to you in the form of a tuition reduction credit.
T.R.I.P. school year schedule: Weekly orders placed by Wednesday at 9 AM are available for pick-up on following Wednesday after 11:30AM. Call 330-929-1901 ext. 24 for assistance with setting up your online account.
Follow these simple steps and start saving!
1. Go to your school office or print off and complete a T.R.I.P. registration form and an order form.
2. Send the registration form, order form, and a check to the T.R.I.P. box at your school by your school’s cutoff time. T.R.I.P. will send your account number with your first order.
3. The next week you will either pick up your order or have it sent home with your child as you had indicated. You will receive an envelope filled with the certificates you ordered, a new order form, and a label showing the T.R.I.P. credits you have earned.
4. Ask your friends and family if they would use T.R.I.P. gift cards to do their shopping. Be sure to place an order each week and watch your credits grow!
CHCS withholds 7% of the rebate earned for administrative expenses. The tuition credits are determined at the end of every month and applied to the following tuition payment. (Please note that changes to your tuition payment through the FACTS program has a one week processing time.).
Q: T.R.I.P. participation seems like a lot of work. Is it really worth it?
A: Most definitely! In the past 6 years, families have applied over 1 million dollars to private school tuition through the T.R.I.P. program!
Q: What do I do if I am having trouble with a card?
A: First, call the number on the back of the card to determine balance. If there is no balance speak to the operator and ask for card history information. Usually you will answer all of your questions with this information. If the operator tells you the card has never been activated contact T.R.I.P. Consultants.
Q: Can I exchange my gift cards?
A: Occasionally the wrong line will be marked. T.R.I.P. Consultants attempts to exchange them for you but cannot guarantee exchange, so please carefully select your merchants when filling out your order form.
Q: What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
A: Unfortunately, gift cards are like cash. They cannot be replaced so please take the same care with your gift cards that you would take with cash.
Q: Do my cards/certificates expire?
A: In most cases, they do not expire. If you have a question about a particular card’s expiration read the back of the card. If you find that a card is close to expiration or has expired, contact the number on the back of the card.
Q: Why does my credit information on my label go down sometimes?
A: Once a pay out of credits has been made the “buckets” get zeroed out and you begin saving again. Payouts are generally in November/December and May/June for most schools.
Q: Why do I sometimes get more or less credit than the discount that is on the order form?
A: Gift card discounts are continuously changing. T.R.I.P. Consultants constantly tries to give you the most credits that you can earn. We have many discount changes between order form updates and will pass them along as they occur.
Q: Why does T.R.I.P. substitute gift cards occasionally?
A: When a denomination has changed we will attempt to contact you. If we can’t reach you and it’s a small difference we will order one more of something else that you have ordered to simplify the refund process for the schools business office. If it is a large amount and we do not reach you then we will refund your money.
Q: Can I participate and transfer credits to another participating school?
A: Yes, schools will transfer credits.
Q: Can my non-profit team, church, or organization benefit from T.R.I.P.?
A: Yes. Contact us for details about non-profit programs.
Q: Why can’t I use a credit card to purchase gift cards?
A: The transaction fees charged by credit card companies would eat up the rebates making the program less beneficial to the families.
