Ms. Eloise Gingerich

Grade: 5th Grade
Email: Ms. Eloise Gingerich

My name is Eloise Gingerich and I have been teaching at Chapel Hill Christian School since 1996. I am privileged to teach my favorite age group, grade five; and my favorite subjects, math, science and Bible.

I have a Master's Degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in curriculum and instruction and Christian education is my passion. I also achieved National Board Teacher's Certification. My parents were strong supporters of the church and Christian education and as a result, I was privileged to attend Christian high school and Christian college. I taught in public schools following graduation, and I taught for two years in an international school in Nicaragua.

Many factors have shaped my career in teaching. I grew up on a dairy farm in northern Indiana, the oldest of seven children. Early in life, I developed a strong work ethic and teaching/nurturing skills. I lead my students to see how God reveals Himself through nature, through His word as recorded in the Bible and in the Person of Jesus Christ. Through my teaching and through my example, I desire to bring my students to a realization that God is at work in our world all the time and that He works for the ultimate good of those who love Him.
